EMISSIONS CALCULATOR

Enter “Daily Oil Production” at the top of calculator. This volume should represent oil and condensate production in a specific area or production company.

The flash gas composition used in our example is based on oil storage tank vapor at a production site in South Texas. This data can be changed but must represent an actual gas composition for accurate results.

Standard Cubic Feet per Day (SCFD) is used in the results because it is the common form of measurement in the oil and gas industry.

The calculator also shows greenhouse gas mass flow in pounds per hour, BTU (heating content), gasoline gallon equivalent and CO2 equivalencies in tonnage.

This calculator should be utilized for research purposes only.
